My Account/Login

Yes,it is necessary to register your account on Healthklin to shop. By registering your account, you will have personalized shopping experience and have complete access to your Account Profile,Address Book,Order History,Quotations,Wishlist,Returns etc.
Your account information and transactions remain safe & secure as we are using highest best-in-class security encryption (SSL) on our website  to protect data.
It is easy to update your Healthklin account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on HealthKlin. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password, track the status of your orders, find details about your order's history and your wishlist.

You can save the products you like in your wishlist for future purchase so that you do not waste time searching for them later. Please note that the price and availability of products remain subject to change. Your Wishlist serves only to remind you of products that you want to buy.

You can Reset your password as follows:

• Click on ‘My Account’  option

• Click on the Forgot your Password link displayed on the page.

• Enter your registered Email id and you will receive a link to reset your password in your mailbox.

You don't worry! We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. The personal information collected is done to enable us to send you the products you have ordered and to validate your identity, as well as to provide us with a way to get in touch with you if the need should arise. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. We do not pass on your personal information to anyone. Order Shipping & Delivery

-For retail orders, we only ship within India.
-For bulk requirement , we offers shipping outside India also.  Please write us email on :

You can find out if Healthklin delivers to your location by using the pincode checking serviceability tool located on all product pages. Healthklin keeps updating the list of serviceable Pin Codes. So, if delivery option is not available right now, please come back to see if this has changed. 

But still If you need a product urgently and delivery is not available at your location, you can contact us on our email : contact@healthklin.com 

Unfortunately, you can't order Out Of Stock product, but please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at healthklin.com.

On the completion of payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order details. 

For COD orders, you may get a confirmation phone call from our side to just verify your details to enable us for dispatch the order.

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state but an order cannot be cancelled if it is already shipped. You can cancel an order by doing following steps :

1. Go to 'My Account' option

2. Then choose 'Orders History' option

3. Find the Order Number you want to cancel here and press 'Cancel Order' button (Red Color) 

OR

You can also cancel an order by sending us an email on : contact@healthklin.com  to us with the order number.

Processing: Your order has been logged and will be processed shortly. 

Processed: Your order is processed and forwarded to dispatch section.

Ready To Ship: Your order is packed and waiting for pickup by the respective logistic carrier to dispatch.

Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.

Canceled: The order was canceled.

Delivered : Your order is delivered.

Return Initiated : Order is marked for Return due to some reason like wrong address or customer has refused to accept the shipment.

Return Received (RTO): Order is received back at our warehouse.

Refunded:  Payment refunded against order.


As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail and sms notification with a link to track your order. You can also track an order by visiting My Orders section from your account OR you can use Track Order option to check status of your order with below steps:

1. Enter your registered email id.

2. Enter your Order no. and by pressing 'Check Status'  option you will get the complete tracking details of your order.

NOTE : Online tracking usually goes live within 24 business hours after shipping.

We always ship your oders by leading and best logistics partners available at your location. Usually we will dispatch an order within 24 working hours.

The delivery time of your order depends upon your location after dispatch. It can be deliver between 2-3 working days in Metro Cities.For the rest of cities it would take 2-6 working days. Deliveries to North East region may take 3-8 working days or longer.Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

NOTE : The delivery days timeline shown thru pincode check tool is the estimated time to deliver an order but it may vary depending upon the delivery location or due to holiday falls in your order and delivery date or due to some courier partners not work on Sundays.


All orders above Rs.599 will be delivered free (no shipping charges).We bear all the GST/sales tax and there is no additional charges that you have to pay at the time of the delivery. You will pay exact amount which is shown on your invoice (except entry tax if applicable).However, if you order amount is less than Rs.599, a nominal flat shipping charges Rs.50 would be charged.

Note: Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Entry Tax, if applicable in your region. 
If you find, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at (+91) 9814-56-9814  or email us at contact@healthklin.com  mentioning your Order ID. We will look at immediately and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 

Pay cash to the courier person at the time of delivery.The courier person will not accept cheques or demand drafts, please pay only cash.

Note : You have to pay cash before opening the parcel to the courier person. 

It is not possible to make changes for any order.If you want to change anything,the order needs to be cancelled and then re-ordered.
However you can cancel your order by login to your account and go to My Orders section. Here you will find option to cancel the order if the order has not shipped yet or send us an email on : contact@healthklin.com or Call us on  +91-9814-56-9814

Payment Options

We accept the following modes of payment:

• Debit/Credit Cards & Netbanking of all major banks

• Cash On Delivery (COD)

• Credit Card EMI (EMI option is available on an order value above Rs.3000)

• E-Gift Vouchers/Coupons (issued by Healthklin)

• Pay by Digital Wallet’s : Paytm,PayuMoney,MobiKwik etc.

• Bank Transfer (In our below mentioned Bank Account)

You can also pay by cash on delivery (COD), With COD method you can pay by cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. Flat Rs.50 would be charged against COD handling charges, if cash on delivery mode is selected.

Not all products have COD option. Please check the product page before buying. Healthklin does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pincode to check the availability of COD option at your location. The maximum order value for COD is Rs.20,000.

Before processing your order for cash on delivery, our customer care executive will call you over phone. After you reconfirm that you have chosen to pay by cash on delivery, your order will be processed. The courier will not accept cheques or demand drafts, please pay only cash. 

NOTE : To save the COD handling Charges, you may select the Pre-paid mode to save Rs.50. COD facility is also not available on some products.


Healthklin offers you the option to pay for your purchase with EMI thru Credit Card. If you choose for an EMI transaction, the entire price of the order is converted into an EMI (3 months, 6 months etc. depending upon your chosen option) and charged to your credit card in every billing cycle.

NOTE : The Order value should be more than Rs.3000 to choose EMI feature.EMI is not available for all products.

Unfortunately, you can't choose 2 modes of payment for single order. You have to choose one method to pay among the payment options available.

Payment failure can happen sometimes due to various reasons such as:
-Card Security Code failed
-Insufficient funds
-Payment Gateway Problem
-Website Issues
-Slow Internet Speed
-Verification Failure 

Please check on any of the above issues before you will attempt the purchase again.

Returns & Refund Policy

We offer you hassle free 7 days return period.Please see our Return and Refund Policy in Information Section for complete details.
It is very easy to create a product return request. You may register your return request by sending an email with the Order No. at : contact@healthklin.com 

OR
Please see below the steps to create  RMA(Return Management Authorization) request :
(1) Go to  Return Request from My Account section.
(2) Fill up the Product Return Form with complete details and click on Submit
(3) After reviewing your return request (subject to our return & refund policy), we will inform you the procedure to return the product back to us.


Yes, a different address can be provided for the reverse pickup but it is subject to availability of Reverse Pickup at the pincode you have provided. 
Any refund initiated from our side takes approximately 3-7 working days to reflect in your account.

We will refund your payment into your bank account if the order has been delivered by cash on delivery payment method. You can submit your bank account details for refund by clicking on below link:

Affiliates Zone

Healthklin Affiliate Program is a great way for you to earn commissions by placing product banners or links on your website which advertises Healthklin or specific products on it.You will earn the affiliate commission each time a user visits us through your affiliate referral link and makes a purchase.

There is no subscription fee involved in joining or being part of the affiliate program. It is absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program.

Once you register yourself with our Affiliate Program, you can start promoting Healthklin's products on your website. All you need to do is hyperlink a text-link/banner/other promotional tool to your respective affiliate link, and post it on your website. Each time your website visitors click on that particular text link / banner, they will be redirected to our website. This is how you can directly refer traffic to our website through your affiliate links. Additionally, whenever users make a purchase through your affiliate link, your account will get credited with a referral fee / commission.

Please follow below simple steps to get onboard as our affiliate partner, and start earning:

Step 1 – Go to Affiliates Zone
Step 2 - Create a New Affiliate Account
Step 3 - Fill Up all the required details in the form and create your account
Step 4 - After your affiliate account is created, our affiliate support team review the details and approve your account. Once we approved your affiliate account, you will get confirmation on your registered email id and after this confirmation you can start promoting our website to start earning.

Healthklin offers different commission based on products or category's. We will provide you detailed commission structure after you registered your affiliate account with us.

An Affiliate Tracking Code is a unique tracking code assigned to all new accounts, and is the primary tracking parameter used to identify affiliates. This tracking code is to be used by the Affiliate partner in all promotional links to identify whether a particular visitor has been referred to Healthklin by him/her.

You can always find your Tracking Code by Login to your affiliate account. Go to My Account and choose Custom Affiliate Tracking Code option from my tracking information.Here you will find your Tracking Code.

You can easily create Affiliate links for any product page on Healthklin. Log into your affiliate account, choose option Affiliate Tracking

Go to Tracking Link Generator and just type few words to choose any product you wish to promote. After you choose a product, you will get automatically generated tracking link of that particular product with your tracking code. Now you can use this tracking link to advertise and refer traffic to Healthklin

Just take an example, Suppose your unique Tracking Code is : 8252de51j and you have chosen a product to promote having below link:

You can find your earning detail transactions by Login to your account and view My Transactions History from My Transactions option.

Here you will get the detail of commission earning thru sales has been made by your affiliate account.

As per Healthklin payment terms, if your bank details are correctly updated. The total earning of a month with your affiliate account will be transferred to your bank account in the first week of next month.

For instance:

You have earned Rs. 5000* as affiliate commission for the month of January. After deducting applicable GST (which is at present @18%) which will be Rs. 5000 - 900 (GST @18%) = Rs.4100.00

The amount of Rs.4100.00 will be transferred to your account before 7th February 

NOTE :

*The affiliate commission payment will be transfered into your account after deduction of GST amount applicable at the time of payment

**Healthklin offers 7 day return policy to customers.Hence products ordered through your affiliate links might get cancelled or returned within 7 days of ordering. We make payments to the affiliates only for products which are not returned in these 7 days.

Quotation Request

Please use Ask for Quote option which you will find on product page to submit your request for quotation. To submit quotation request, please choose the desired quantity of each product for which you need quotation.
After choosing the product(s) into quotation cart, you need to Log in to your account and checkout from quotation cart in just 2 easy steps to submit your quotation request. You can also quickly register your account while submitting quotation request with your Name,Email & Contact No.
We will review your quotation request and submit the quotation back to you with updated prices which usually take 1-2 working days. You will receive the notification on your registered email as soon as we will submit the quotation.
Note:
*Ask for Quote option may not available for every product available. If you have any bulk requirement for the product which is not available for Quotation Request please send us email on : contact@healthklin.com 
*Please submit quotation request only in case you have bulk requirement. We will not entertain quotations for fewer requirement.
You will expect our reply within 1-2 working days for the quotation request submitted to us. You will receive the update notification on your registered email and you can also download the quotation in pdf format from your 'My Account' section or directly from the email which you have received.
You can track status and view you complete Quotation Requests as below:
(1) Login to your Account
(2) Click on 'Quotation History'
Here you will see list of each quotation request submitted to us. You can also view,download,reject or place order for the quotation(s).
You can reject a quotation as below:
(1) Login to your Account
(2) Click on 'Quotation History'
(3) From Action: Choose View 
Here you will find an option Reject Quotation. Click on this option to reject a quotation.


You can place the order against the submitted quotation as below:
(1) Login to your Account
(2) Click on 'Quotation History'
(3) From Action: Choose View 
Here you will find an option Place Order. Click on this option to complete checkout process and place the order.

Unfortunately, you cannot place order for a quotation which is expired. 
You have to submit Registration Form which you will find in your Account Info section. It is required in order to dispatch the bulk orders for wholesale supplies having legal details such as your : VAT/GST No. , Drug License & Registration No. etc.

Note : You have to submit Registration Form only once or when any of your legal info has changed.
