RETURN& REFUND POLICY - Healthklin

At Healthklin, we always strive to provide you with a great experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not satisfied with the product quality, size, wrong delivery of product you can return your order for a full refund. We offer you hassle free 7 days return policy.
Please raise your complaint through RMA(Return Management Authorization) request option present in "My Account" or you may register your return complaint by emailing us at: contact@healthklin.com

Easy Procedure for Return:

*Raise a return request within 7 days of product delivery.
*Pack the product & prepare the package(including all original brand packaging & tags which you receive along with your product.
*We arrange pickup for the parcel or if reverse pickup is not available at your location then you Ship the Package to our warehouse address mentioned at the end of page.
*We receive the courier.
*We Refund/Replace the product.

-Download Return Shipping Label by clicking on below link (In case reverse pickup is not available at your location). You can use this label for sending back the shipment to us. Fill the details on the label and paste on the package:

No Question asked Return and Refund Policy with the following conditions that:

* The product is not used or tampered with.
* The product is in tact with packaging.
* The product is in Re-Saleable condition.
* Opened & used diabetic strips & lancets, Sexual Wellness Products, Adult Diapers, Hygiene products (Breast Pump,Pads etc), Oral care are not subject to return.
* RMA (Return Management Authorization) has to be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
* Replacement & refund are subjected after QC approval.
* In case you have received faulty/wrong product: Shipping/Freight charges will (if you send the courier to us) be given to you by issuing the promo cash back coupon of the same worth maximum upto Rs.500, which can be used at any time of your shopping in future.
* The shipping/freight Charges will be deducted on actual basis if you have cancelled the order after dispatch.
* The COD fee will be deducted if payment mode is COD (cash on delivery).
* If QC fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and refund will not be done.
* Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
* The Return & Refund policy is not applicable on quotation orders. No Refund,Return or exchange is applicable on order's generated or supplied thru Quotations.

When you can Return the product :

(1) In case the parcel is damaged in Transit (at the time of receipt):
* Your product will be replaced free of cost if you the parcel is damaged in transit, please refuse to accept the parcel & mention remarks on the courier receipt as damaged parcel and raise the RMA request.
* Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned goods received back in our warehouse.
* However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.

(2) In Case product is received and found damaged (after opening the parcel, no damage note to the courier):
* Send the photograph attached (of the damaged parcel box as well as the product) to the e-mail i.e.: contact@healthklin.com within 48 hours of the receipt of goods.
* Raise the RMA (Return Management Authorization), only once the RMA is approved, goods will be returned.
* Order will be replaced free of cost, only if the fault is from our end/Courier.
* Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned order received in our warehouse& approved by the QC team.
* However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made only in case the payment already made,if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
 
(3) In case Wrong Product Delivered:
* if Wrong Size or Wrong Product delivered,the order will be replaced free of cost.
* In that case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned order received.
* However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if theproduct ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
* In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

(4) In case Defective Product Delivered:
* Raise the RMA (Return Management Authorization), with 48 hours of receipt of the goods only once the RMA is approved, goods will be returned.
* In this case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned order received.
* However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
* In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.
(5) If the Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
if order is cancelled before dispatch, full refund will be made.
(6) If the Order Cancellation After Dispatch:
Refund will be made, after deducting the Shipping/freight Charges only.
