Product Description :

DiabaScan Blood Glucose Test Strips (50 Strips - 2x25 Pack) are used only with DiabaScan PRO (TD-4235) & DiabaScan (TD-4231) Glucometers to measure blood glucose levels in whole blood for self testing at home or healthcare professional use. For this, it uses fresh whole blood samples from the finger, palm, upper arm and forearm.

DiabaScan Test Strips requires tiny blood sample (i.e. just 0.7uL blood) to perform the glucose test and quick results are shown on DiabaScan glucometer within 7 seconds. 

Note :-

• Do not apply blood on the top of strip.
• Any area of this strip can be touched and the glucose reading will not be affected.

About Alternative Site Testing (AST) :-

IMPORTANT : There are some limitations for performing AST. Please read the TD-4231 Blood Glucose Monitoring System Owner's Manual and consult the doctor before you perform AST.

Alternative Site Testing (AST) is when individuals check their blood glucose levels using areas of the body other than the fingertip. The DiabaScan Blood Glucose Test Strips allow AST to be performed on sites than the fingertip. DiabaScan strongly recommend that you perform AST only at the following times :-

• > During a pre-meal or fasting state (more than 2 hours since the last meal).
• > Two hours or more after taking insulin.
• > Two hours or more after exercise.
