Flamingo Hot & Cold Pack is a 2 in 1 pain reliever as it contains non-toxic & highly viscous gel which improves the retention of heat/ chill and helps in effective pain management. Flamingo Hot & Cold Pack is a re-usable product and can alternatively be used as Cyrotherapy & Thermotherapy. 

Cyrotherapy (Cold Therapy): Relieves Knee, Shoulder, Ankle pain and toothache. Used post injury, Cyrotherapy reduces the blood flow thereby swelling and redness.

Thermotherapy (Heat Therapy): Relieves chronic pain, muscle spasm and stiffness. Used in chronic pain, Thermotherapy offers relief from joint pain, muscle spasm and stiffness.

Used as Cold Pack : it reduces the blood flow thereby reducing swelling post injuries

Used as Hot Pack : it increases the blood flow thereby reducing muscle spasm and offering relief from chronic Knee, Elbow and Shoulder pain

Flamingo Hot & Cold Pack is flexible and should be used with the washable outer cover.(provided with the pack) to protect the skin from being directly exposed to the heat or cold.

Manner of Using :

1. As Hot Pack: Heat Or Microwave 

Heat water at 90°C & turn off flame. Place pack in water for 5-7 minutes.

Medium heat the pack for 30sec. Repeat after 20sec., if required.

As Cold Pack: Freeze

Store in freezer for 60-90 mins before use.

2. Cover : Always wrap the product with provided cover

3. Apply : Apply on the affected area

4. Time : Do not apply for >20mins. Repeat after 20 mins

5. Consult : If the pain persists, consult a physician
