The Abbott FreeStyle Libre Sensor 2 Plus is a flash glucose monitoring system that helps you continuously monitor your blood glucose levels—every single minute. It automatically provides real-time tracking of your glucose readings on an NFC-compatible smartphone using the FreeStyle LibreLink app, with no need for scanning or finger pricks. The CGM sensor also works seamlessly with the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader. Basically, this modern sugar monitoring device aids in advance diabetes management.

The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Sensor Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system is small, lightweight, water-resistant, and easy to wear on the back of the upper arm, keeping you comfortable throughout use. Each single-use CGM sensor can be worn for up to 15 days, after which a new sensor must be applied. It can be used by people with or without diabetes (including pregnant woman) aged 2 years and above.

You can set alarms for high or low glucose limits and receive instant alerts. View detailed reports and trends to better understand your glucose patterns and manage your diabetes effectively.

This CGM contains a thin, flexible filament that tracks glucose from the interstitial fluid under the skin and eliminates the traditional method of measuring glucose with a blood glucose monitor (BGM).

• Highly Accurate & Proven Results: The Freestyle Libre 2 Plus system has been shown to significantly lower HbA1c, increase time in range, and reduce hypos. It has an 8.2% MARD; the lower the MARD, the more accurate the results. Its accuracy in the low glucose range (<3.9 mmol/L) is 98.9% within ±1.1 mmol/L.

• Single-Use for 15 Days: The new Freestyle Libre 2 Plus Sensor is sterile and intended for single use only, and it works for up to 15 days. After that, you need to replace it with a new sensor for continuous monitoring.

Directions For Use :

1. Select Site
2. Wash site using a plain soap, dry and then clean with alcohol wipe. Allow site to air dry.
3. Peel lid completely off Sensor Pack. Unscrew cap from Sensor Applicator. (Caution: Sensor codes must match on Sensor Pack and Sensor Applicator. Do NOT use if damaged or already opened.)
4. Line up dark marks on Sensor Applicator and Sensor Pack. On a hard surface, press down firmly on Sensor Applicator until it comes to a stop.
5. Lift Sensor Applicator out of Sensor Pack.
6. Sensor Applicator is ready to apply Sensor. (Caution: Sensor Applicator now contains a needle. Do not touch inside Sensor Applicator or put it back into Sensor Pack.)
7. Place Sensor Applicator over site. Push down firmly to apply Sensor. (Caution: Do NOT push down on Sensor Applicator until placed over prepared site to prevent unintended results or injury.)
8. Gently pull Sensor Applicator away.
9. Make sure Sensor is secure. Discard the used Sensor Pack and Sensor Applicator. See Disposal section in the user's manual.

To use your Sensor, refer to all the labeling provided with the Reader Kit. If using FreeStyle LibreLink app, refer to the User's Manual in the app.
